You can start by contacting us via WhatsApp to discuss your design concept, materials, and budget. You may also book an appointment to visit our studio or schedule a Zoom meeting for an in-depth consultation.
2. What kind of design references can I provide?
Your design can be inspired by photos, sketches, symbols, personal stories, music, films, or a combination of ideas. If you don’t have a clear visual in mind, we will guide you through the design process.
3. How much does a custom piece cost?
The price depends on the materials, gemstones, complexity of the design, and craftsmanship required. We provide a price estimate after discussing your design, and production begins after a deposit payment of IDR 2,000,000.

4. How many design options will I receive?
We will provide several design sketches for you to choose from. You can give feedback, and we offer unlimited revisions until you’re satisfied with the final design.
5. How can I know my ring size?
There are several ways to determine your ring size:
Visit our studio for professional ring sizing.
Use an existing ring that fits well and measure its diameter.
Request a ring sizer from us if you're unsure about your size.
If you’re ordering from outside our area, we can guide you on measuring your ring size at home.
Additionally, we provide a 3D-printed prototype before production, allowing you to try on the ring and confirm the size.
6. Do you offer a trial for ring sizing and design proportions?
Yes! After finalizing the design, we create a 3D-printed prototype so you can try on the ring, check the fit, and review the design proportions before production.
7. What if I haven’t chosen a gemstone yet?
If you haven't selected a gemstone, we will present various options for you to choose from. Since natural gemstones come in a variety of hues, we will help you find the perfect one for your piece.
8. How long does the production process take?
Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design and materials used. Approximated 30 - 45 days after fixed design. We will keep you updated and share photos/videos of the finished piece once it's ready.
9. How do I receive my finished jewelry?
You can choose from the following delivery options:
Self-pickup at our studio
Direct courier service for JaBoDeTaBek clients
National courier shipping for other cities in Indonesia
EMS shipping for international clients
10. Do you offer engraving services?
Yes, we provide custom engraving for most jewelry pieces. You can add initials, dates, or meaningful symbols to personalize your jewelry further.
11. What if I need a resizing or adjustment after receiving my piece?
We offer resizing and minor adjustments if needed. Contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you accordingly.
12. Can I return or exchange a custom piece?
Since each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you’re satisfied with your order.
13. How can I take care of my jewelry?
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend:
Storing it in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use
Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures
Cleaning it gently with a soft cloth or professional jewelry cleaner
