STEP 1 - Design meeting / Consultation

To get started, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp for an initial consultation. You can book an appointment to visit our studio in person or schedule a Zoom meeting for a virtual discussion. Alternatively, we can chat directly on WhatsApp to explore your design concept, preferred materials, and budget estimates.

Your design concept can be based on a photo reference, a detailed description, a meaningful symbol, a personal story, or even inspiration from music or film. If you don’t have a clear visual in mind yet, don’t worry—we will guide you through the design process to bring your vision to life.

STEP 2 - Initial sketch & CAD Design

Once you approve the estimated price, we will begin the design process after receiving a deposit payment of IDR 2,000,000.

Our design journey starts with multiple concept sketches based on your preferences. You will have the opportunity to review these designs and provide feedback. We offer unlimited revisions, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

Once you are completely satisfied with the final design, we will proceed with production, bringing your unique piece to life with the highest craftsmanship.

STEP 3 - Dummy Printing

After you have selected your final design, we will create a 3D-printed prototype for you to try on. This allows you to check the fit of your ring, ensuring the size is comfortable and accurate. Additionally, you can review the proportions of the design and the placement of the stones before we proceed with production.

This step ensures that every detail meets your expectations, giving you full confidence in your custom piece before it is crafted into its final form.

STEP 4 - Stone Showing

Once you approve the 3D-printed prototype, we move on to the next step: selecting the perfect gemstone.

For those who haven’t chosen a stone or are still considering different color options, we will present a curated selection of gemstones for you to choose from. Since colored gemstones come in a variety of hues and tones, this step allows you to explore different shades and find the one that best matches your vision.

We will guide you through the selection process, ensuring the stone you choose complements your design beautifully before we proceed with crafting your final piece.

STEP 5 - Production Process

With the design finalized, our artisans will begin crafting your jewelry with precision and care. Once completed, we’ll send you photos and videos of the finished piece before delivery. Your custom creation will soon be ready to cherish!

STEP 6 - Delivery

Once your jewelry is ready, you can choose the most convenient way to receive it:

• Self-Pickup: Visit our studio to collect your piece in person.

• JaBoDeTaBek Delivery: We provide direct delivery using our own trusted courier.

• Other Cities in Indonesia: Your order will be shipped via a reliable national courier.

• International Shipping: We use EMS shipping to ensure secure and timely international deliveries.

We’ll share tracking details once your order is on its way, so you can anticipate its arrival with ease!
